In the quest for improvement there are always challenges along the way. The obstacles we face are powerful tools for transformation, checkpoints for progress and portals of growth.

Astrology can help us navigate the path before us but we don’t exist in a vacuum. Our journey to individuation takes place alongside billions of others. One major criticism of modern astrology is its tendency towards narcissism, often reduced to self-serving stereotypes and excuses for bad behavior disguised as planetary quirks. But this is not at all what astrology was designed to do.

The same philosophies that apply to individuals can also be applied to the world at large, giving us insight into world events, generational shifts, and cycles throughout time. The study of mundane astrology — the astrology of the world at large — requires us to zoom out and refocus. It also re-contextualizes much of the phenomena we grew familiar with through more personal means.
